Case Study - StyleOnsite

Introduction
StyleOnsite is a high-end full-service salon with an additional specialty with their 20 years of bridal makeup and hair services. StyleOnsite is progressive and always evolving their strategies for customer and employee satisfaction. StyleOnsite wanted to find a creative and innovative solution to enhance the salon experience and increase employee satisfaction.
Solution
Science demonstrates the many benefits of having live plants in the workplace, including improved mood, reduced stress, improved productivity, and increased enjoyment in and of the work environment.
Incorporating different types of plants in the environment that promote fast growth and are not usually found indoors can promote a more positive spin on the standard types of plants found in businesses.
Conclusion
While StyleOnsite already had indoor plants in their Salon, adding the indoor garden, Garden Station by Nomis Engineered, Inc., had a positive effect on both the employees and clients. Nomis Engineered, Inc. believes that this can be directly related to employee and client retention, as well as, new client acquisition. This can also become helpful to incentivise employees to come back to the office instead of working from home.
